We aim to empower clients in a supportive and empathetic manner, grounded in the belief that therapy is an important component to overall wellbeing and good health.
We are trained in a variety of different therapeutic approaches and work in a collaborative and responsive manner to help you resolve your concerns and make constructive changes to improve your well-being. These approaches may include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Mindfulness, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Narrative among other methodologies as necessary.
